July 28 2010

We're not up to much this week.  Chad has his cross country this weekend.  He'll be flying somewhere really close to Jessica in Texas.
Just found out Aprils is pregnant... due in March.
Just found out Jessica is pregnant with her second... due in March also.
Just found out Molly and Austin are engaged to their special others... Austin is to be married in March.
So March of 2011 is going to be a big month for us!
While Chad is out of town this weekend, I'm going to go home and help Mom clean out her house.  I'm looking forward to spending some time with her :)
Oh, and hopefully I will be getting a new cell phone today or this week.  I'm pretty sure I'm getting and iphone... and I'm pretty excited about it! I hope I enjoy it as much as I think I will :)

July 23 2012

Well, Chad passed that check ride I was talking about in the last post.  He's now getting close to his second Check Ride which is going to be very hard.  Chad says it's like a 12 hour deal... Lots of stress.  It's a "nav check".  He is retaking a test today which I'm waiting to hear the results... we'll see!  The T-1 program is going pretty smoothly.
Nothing too exciting going on in our life here in Columbus.  He studies... I work... We get to spend a little time together here and there.  We are happy and enjoying our time here at CAFB... but looking forward to the next phase in life.
Chad has his 10 year highschool reunion coming up this weekend.  I've bought a new dress for the occasion, will post pics later.
I've got a beach trip coming up in a few weeks... an entire week at the beach.  Chad doesn't get to go... but I'll try to have fun for the both of us.  That's definitely something that took a little getting used to.  Since the very beginning of our adventure with flight school, I've been going on every trip, every vacation, and most daily experiences by myself.  It's been a good experience for me... and I sure do enjoy and cherish the time that I do get to spend with Chad.
We went to Huntsville for the 4th of July... to help April and Corey out with their new home.  We got a lot of stuff done, and also had a lot of fun.  Here's a pic from our trip. Take Care!
and here's a little snapshot of Charlie just so you know he's still alive!
